The simplified procedure of the vaccination registration in Ukraine is in the sphere of Cabinet of Ministers competence. It was declared by O. Lavrynovych, the first vice-chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine giving the comments regarding the appeal of Yu.Tymoshenko regarding her initiative to suggest the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine the simplification of this mechanism.
According to O. Lavrynovych such actions of the Government leader he recognizes as "a part of the presidential campaign and a part of a manipulation."
According to the politician, "the Prime-Minister might have been informed that there has been the Law in Ukraine for 14 years that have solved all these problems 13 years ago."
The First Vice-Chairman has mentioned that "in the Law it is declared that medicines registration and the procedure order is implemented exclusively by National Ministry on Health Protection."
Also O. Lavrynovych declared that under the conditions of epidemic, import of medicines that are not registered in Ukraine is allowed due to the special resolution of the Ministry on Health Protection.
"The following Yulia Tymoshenko appeals are the result either of lack of knowledge on Ukrainian laws or the ground for the informational campaign that follows election hustings of Yulia Tymoshenko as a candidate for the presidential office", - the First Vice-Chairman stated.
